With the new Generation and the Dragon-looking Legendaries, we just need to see a Dragon-type Eeveelution, that would be amazing!

A rock-type Evolution would absolutely Rock too! Get it? It would Rock?

Or Brawleon, a fighting-type Evolution of Eevee. That just looks super cool and could be so strong!
And some reason, I would also really love to see a

Poison Eeveelution because I can just imagine that it would be one of the coolest-looking ones

But my favorite by far would be a Ghost-type Evolution called Spookeon! This would literally become the mascot Pokemon for Halloween!
