Hint: no special handling on _SP_WILD_BTL_SET, which indicates that they are not shiny locked + 3×31 IV. Can always change in future updates (doubtful, as the original games did not prevent shiny encounters). The Manaphy event gift will likely be shiny locked correctly this time.
